What: Easy to learn visualization tools and techniques to improve your spiritual and physical body communication. You will learn how to integrate and use these tools in your life and in your dream space (astral plane), how to be grounded and be in control of any situation and how to release any type of energy (fear, anger, abuse, depression, etc.). This is a beginning visualization/meditation workshop where you will learn simple yet powerful tools.

Why: These classes help you open up your abilities and therefore expand your potential on this planet as well as help you overcome any energy that is holding you back. Everyone has spiritual issues that manifest into the body and cause problems. Everyone can benefit from these tools regardless of their background.

Who:
* The teacher Racquel Moore has 20+ years of experience as a Clairvoyant.
* Minor degree in Psychology from University of San Diego. 4 Years
* Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture & Herbalism, Physical therapies and Nutrition from the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing. 5 Years
* Graduated at Berkeley Psychic Institute. 10 Years
* Later she became a teacher there specializing in women's healing before venturing out on her own.

When: Every Monday night from 7:30pm - 10:30pm starting TBD. There will be a 20-30 minute break in the middle of class for bathroom trips and snacks.

Handicapped: The building where this class is held is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Future Classes: Med 2, Med 3, Healing 1, Healing 2, Healing 3. Reading 1, Reading 2, Reading 3 and advanced classes will be offered to students who complete the intro (Med 1) class. Each class is 6 weeks in length except the advanced class which is ongoing and varies depending upon the needs of the students. Prices are the same as the intro class but will possibly be held on a different night of the week.
